Our business is the identification and recruitment of professionals for companies in a diverse range of sectors:

To fuel our growth, Expries is now seeking to expand our team of energetic, highly motivated and top-producing executive search consultants.  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting searches, developing clients, assessing candidates and growing your business.  Expries works on a local, regional and global basis, so you will have interactions with and conduct recruitment for staff around the region and around the globe.

We are looking for experienced customer-facing professionals who enjoy working in an experienced team culture. As a high achiever, you will deal with seasoned candidates for mid-to-senior level roles (500K p.a. and above) for our existing client companies, including Fortune 500 corporations, IT solution vendors, etc., as well as develop new client relationships. This is a key role to develop business across different business sectors. You should own the entire 360 degree recruitment process from obtaining and understanding clients' hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting outstanding candidates to matching clients' job requirements and managing the job offer process.

To succeed in this exciting role, the ideal candidate should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience; a multi-tasking, self-confident and resourceful talent with competency to influence and engage C-Level clients. Specialist knowledge within the banking and finance, information technology, engineering or hospitality sectors is a plus. Have strong communications and people skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Fluency in spoken and writing English and Chinese is required
