Alex Dagge, Managing Partner, Finance & Accounting
Commencing his career in executive search and recruitment in 2000, Alex has built up an extensive background, which spans across and outside the Greater China region, in the introduction of senior financial, commercial and accounting specialists to corporate organisations.
During his over 10 years’ recruitment experience, Alex has worked with companies at various stages of their growth cycle, ranging from pre-revenue and pre-IPO to well-established companies and some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Denise Lim, Managing Partner, Banking & Finance
Denise has more than 10 years of successful track records in this well known executive search and recruitment firms covering middle to back office functions within the Banking and Financial Services industry. Her portfolio of mandates includes roles in Compliance, Risks, Finance, Audit, Product Control, Middle Office and Operations. In more recent years, Denise focused mainly on mid-to senior-level roles in risk management and compliance. Matthew has over 12 years recruitment experience from the Hong Kong, Australian and UK markets and has recruited senior Finance & Accounting professionals across a number of industry sectors including industry & commerce, banking / financial services, consultancy and government. Daniel Cheah, Head of Technology
Daniel’s remarkable 20-year career of IT Solution Sales and Project Management has shown an enterprising attitude from the start, including working in Hong Kong for over a decade and holding senior management positions in IT firms.
Prior to joining Experis, Daniel leveraged his proven experience in sourcing and placing IT talent for a global recruitment firm as an IT Recruitment Manager, taking accountability of talent acquisition for both IT commerce and IT banking clients. He also worked for an Australian-based IT recruitment startup where he was actively involved in providing recruitment solution for IT investment banks, networking and banking software vendor firms.
He is strong at talent sourcing, team building and business development. He placed top-producing IT candidates in a variety of positions, including CIO, Regional Sales Heads, Equities IT, Project Managers and IT Managers. Daniel obtained a Master Degree in Marketing.

Paul Hotchan, Head of Executive
With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Europe, the Middle East, China and Hong Kong, Paul joined ManpowerGroup in 2007 to spearhead the Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure and Luxury Retail practices for Asia Pacific, encompassing Australasia, South East Asia, Japan, India and Greater China.
With an extensive background in Operations, Food & Beverage and Human Resources, Paul is able to leverage his experience and network to provide a diverse portfolio of clients with integrated solutions to the HR challenges they face. In addition to specialist recruitment, Paul has been involved in numerous pre-opening projects, and is able to work together with brand owners and operators to develop talent attraction and recruitment strategies which help our clients win in the changing world of work.

Gerard Finlay, Managing Partner, Legal
Gerard has over 12 years recruitment experience and a specialist knowledge of recruiting legal and compliance professionals into in-house roles in Asia (ex Japan). Initially trained as an accountant in the United Kingdom, Gerard worked in a number of back and middle office roles (including compliance) in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia, before joining the recruitment industry in Hong Kong in 1999. Since then, Gerard has developed a strong track record of successfully undertaking both retained and contingency assignments in the private practice and in-house sectors across a number of Asian jurisdictions including recruiting Partners, General Counsels and Regional Heads of Compliance for international financial institutions, investment banks and law firms.
Having lived in Asia for over 13 years, Gerard has developed both a strong knowledge of the intricacies involving in recruiting in diverse Asian markets and an excellent network of connections in the legal and compliance sectors across a number of countries (including Hong Kong, Singapore and the Greater China region), all of which allows him to offer a specialist, professional and focused recruitment service to clients and candidates alike.
In his current role as Managing Partner, Gerard is responsible for developing the Legal Recruitment practice in Hong Kong and the Greater China region and assisting in the continued development of Experis’ well respected Compliance practice.
